Customer Loyalty & Digital Marketing Intern


  • Excellent writing, proofing and organizational skills.
  • Have knowledge of analytics and be an expertise in LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Working knowledge or experience drafting and updating commercial social media content is preferred.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of computer competency in Vietnamese.
  • Capacity to learn new software applications and programs quickly.
  • Be able to speak and understand English.
  • Be self-motivated, organized, willing to help with any project no matter how large or small, and be able to balance multiple priorities at once.
  • Have a strong desire to make a difference by deeds rather than words, a passion for delivering amazing smiles to people, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humor.

Job Description:

  • Execute and review marketing programs by learning to utilize internal data systems.
  • Provide insight on potential or planned marketing and customer loyalty programs.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives including expense projections, internal and external communications, and follow-up on timetables with program partners.
  • Assist team on 1-to-1 marketing programs using behavioral and demographic data.
  • Develop customer lists for targeted marketing program execution and analysis.
  • Draft and post content to social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Zalo, …).
  • Work with social media reports and Google Analytics.
  • Participate in digital content and social media planning meetings.
  • Prospect research, community outreach, research, update weekly Social Media content writing in Vietnamese, event planning and coordination, and special programs.
  • Generate customer loyalty and digital marketing recaps and reports as needed.
  • Support customer loyalty and digital marketing teams in regular administrative tasks.
